  12.           pnmpad [-white|-black] [-l#] [-r#] [-t#] [-b#] [pnmfile]

  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads a portable anymap as input. Outputs a portable anymap
  16.           with extra borders of the sizes specified. The colour of the
  17.           borders can be set to black or white (default black).
